Kep Italia Cromo Shine Helmet The Cromo Shine helmet has a beautiful shine wich makes it very special and beautiful. Available in the colors Black and Blue. The Cromo Shine helmet will we supplied with a matching helmat bag and the right in headsize interior. Available in size M ( headsize 51 until 58 ). Both on safety, comfort and design the Kep Italia caps received the highest rating from the DocHorse Team. Each model is developed from concepts of optimizing physical performance whilst utilising select materials that produce a timeless look as well as unparalleled comfort and safety. With the patented "Air Control System" of ventilation, developed by KEP, The helmet allows the head to stay cool, furthering the comfort of the helmet. KEP helmets comply with the high safety requirements of the following standards: CE e SEI-ASTM. The helmet design for KEP is another fundamental factor as it provides a feeling of style and functionality. This paired with the outstanding safety and comfort features truly allows for anyone to fall in love with the KEP helmets. Exterior Shell: The frame of the hard helmet is carefully constructed using three interconnecting panels. These panels allow the wearer to experience effective air circulation as well as the ultimate in safety and absolute protection. The visor is flexible which helps to prevent facial fractures in the event of a fall. Interior Shell: The inner shell, which is produced using high-tech polystyrene, has been created in order to combine an excellent fit with incomparable comfort. This is achieved through the double density foam which also provides excellent shock absorption, furthering the helmet’s safety qualities as well as comfort. ACS (Air Control System): The front grille provides the helmet with an air control system, which is activated by the slight movement of the central switch located on the grille. This switch, as well as an air vent located under the peak of the helmet, takes in a ventilation of fresh air, which then travels through the helmet and is allowed to exit through air vents situated within the rear padding of the helmet. This means that the wearer’s head is kept cool while the helmet is in use, furthering the already extreme comfort of the helmet. Inner Lining: The inner lining of the helmet is removable and washable and can also be replaced or changed for a different size - replacement linings are sold separately. The lining is attached to an anatomic cushion that perfectly fits the nape ensuring optimum comfort and absolute air diffusion thanks to the high-tech materials used - Coolmax coupled with open-cell filters and smooth micro-fibre Chinstrap: The helmet features a five point harness. The chinstrap is directly inserted in the hard riding helmet through three passing rings made of anti-allergic and washable smooth leather. It is easily adjustable and has a quick self-blocking fastener. Remove and replace the inner pad: To remove Pull the lining from the rear of the hat gently detaching from Velcro Ease the two front/side inserts away from the helmet The insert is now remove To replace Clip into place the two front inserts of the liner into the slots beneath the rim of the hat Flowing the contour of the hat smooth the liner keeping the inner ear covers on the inside of the lining, until it locks with the Velcro at the back of the hat Lining is now in place and should fit neatly into the helmet
